1. Ownership and scope
RebelStack is a product of Aurorion Tech Ltd, registered in Scotland under company number SC835759. Except where a separate notice identifies another rights holder, the RebelStack name, artwork, website material and first-party software are owned by Aurorion Tech Ltd.
This notice explains rights in the public website and our software-licensing position. It does not publish a private repository, grant access to private systems, or replace a licence supplied with a particular component.
2. Using the public website
You may browse and link to these public pages. You may save or print an unmodified copy for your own information, keeping the copyright and attribution notices. Normal browser caching and accessibility tools are permitted.
Beyond those permissions, rights are reserved unless a separate written permission or applicable law allows the use. This page does not grant a general right to redistribute our website, repackage its source, or use the RebelStack mark to suggest an official product or endorsement. Copyright exceptions and other rights you have under applicable law are not restricted.
3. Software licences are release-specific
RebelStack first-party software remains proprietary unless the rights holder expressly releases the relevant component and version under different terms. A public description, demo, screenshot, downloadable asset or accessible endpoint is not, by itself, an open-source software licence.
For any software you receive, check its accompanying licence, notices, release identity and any agreement that governs your copy. Keep third-party notices with their components. Third-party licences continue to govern their own material; this website notice does not replace them.
4. Functional Source License
FSL-1.1-ALv2 is a possible release model for eligible original components where the rights holder expressly adopts it. It is not a blanket licence for RebelStack, this website, privately written code, client work, or separately owned material.
When a particular release is actually supplied under the unmodified Functional Source License 1.1 with Apache 2.0 conversion, that licence governs its permitted purposes and restrictions. Its future Apache 2.0 grant takes effect for that version on the second anniversary of the licensor making it available. The timing belongs to the software version, not to the publication date of this page.
No RebelStack software release is being relicensed by this notice. Any future adoption requires a rights-holder decision and an explicit licence attached to the relevant release.
5. Provenance is not a licence grant
Functional System is our governance and provenance framework for recording authorship, ownership, permissions and change. It is not a substitute for a software licence and does not transfer intellectual property.
Authorship, company ownership and permission to operate a service are separate matters. Attribution alone does not imply continuing maintenance, approval or endorsement by an individual contributor. Existing assignments, contracts and licences remain controlling.
6. Permissions and questions
For reuse, integration, distribution or commercial licensing questions, contact hello@aurorion.app, the company’s existing contact, with “RebelStack licensing” in the subject. Identify the component, version and intended use so that the correct rights holder and terms can be checked.
For privacy, acceptable use and company contact details, read the website policy.
7. Version and effect
This is RBL-WEB-LIC-001, version 1.0, effective 10 October 2026. Updates to this explanatory notice do not retrospectively withdraw permissions already granted, relicense a software copy, or replace an agreement without its required process.
